My wife found these at the Duncan Hines website… They are very tasty and stay moist.
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pkg. golden yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup oil
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- combie sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl
- combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl
- stir until well blended
- shape dough into 1 inch balls
- roll balls in cinnomon -sugar mixture
- Place balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes or until set
- cool for one minute on the cookie sheet then remomve to cooling rack
