I got this recipe from johninbibs.com. He’s a freeze drying guru, but I plan to just freeze it in portions.
1 lb bacon
1 lb chicken breast
2 chopped onions
2 cans of cream style corn
2 cans of whole kernel sweet corn undrained
2 12oz cans of evaporated milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 2 lb bag of frozen hash browns (unseasoned and thawed)
- Cook bacon and crumble
- Add bacon and remaining ingredients to crock pot
- Cook covered on low for 6 hours.
I added the chicken as it’s not in the original recipe. Seems like it will be great and I can’t wait to try it.
