Chicken Supreme

We grew up with this but it used chipped beef. I find bacon is much better! Who doesn’t love pork fat!

1 lb. chicken brest cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup diced onions
4 strips of cooked bacon cut into pieces
Salt/pepper to taste


  1. Put all ingrediants into a crock pot
  2. Place cover on crock and set to low for 4-6 hours
  3. Enjoy over white rice

This can also be done on the stovetop. The chicken still gets done and the flavor is the same,
it’s just not as tender as when its done low and slow.
