Crusty Bread

3 cups flour
1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups water
- whisk all 3 dry ingrediants together until its a sticky consistancy
- cover with plastic wrap and rest at room temp for 3 hours
- Once it about doubles in size scrape dough onto a floured surface
- Add a bit of flour on top of dough
- using scraper, flip the dough over a few times until it comes together and form it into a ball.
- Line another bowl with parchment paper and put the dough ball into the parchment paper
- cover with tea towel and preheat your oven to 450 with a dutch oven for 35 minutes
- remove the dutch oven and put the bread into it parchment paper and all
- place lid back on and place in the oven for ~30 mins
- remove lid and continue baking for ~10 minutes
- watch for the level of brown you want… can be anywhere from 5 to 12 mins
