2 Tbls butter
2 Tbls oil
4 Tbls flour
2 Tbls garlic
4-5 c. milk
1 c. Chicken (cooked and chopped)
2 c. Broccoli (cooked and chopped)
8 oz Fresh parmesean cheese
1 lb. Noodles (feticcini or penne work well)
salt and pepper to taste
- melt butter and oil together
- add garlic and cook for 1 minute
- add flour to make a rue and cook 2-3 minutes to get rid of the “flour” taste
- slowly add the milk to and cook until it starts to thicken up
- add the parmesan chese and stir until it melts
- add salt and pepper to taste
